I have gone to this Dunkin’ several times through the drive through and had my order incorrect, so I tried ordering through the app this time. The 15 minute wait bothered me, but I understand that in the mornings it can be hectic so I just waited for my order. However, when I received my coffee I realized that it had some kind of dairy in it. I have a dairy intolerance, so when ordering I always request to have no cream/milk/etc. I double checked my receipt and the only thing that should have been in my drink was caramel swirl, as requested. I tried to get the attention of the employees to ask for it to be corrected, but after a minute or so I had to leave anyway because I was already late for work.

Great new Dunkin location right off of I-77 with a drive-through. This makes it a great early morning or afternoon jump off to get your caffeine and sweets. The staff are friendly and helpful but the store can get dirty and a bit mismanaged at times. Love their new app to earn free treats and coffee along with their espresso drinks and seasonal doughnut offerings.

Terrible slow service. Took about 45 minutes for breakfast. One person working counter to take orders, prepare drinks and food. She spent half the time making stuff for drive thru. A lobby full of angry customers. Most are leaving without ever ordering.

This location is terrible. One of the slowest drive thrus in the area. My drink has been made incorrectly more than once as well. It never seems like they’re staffed enough. A few times I’ve only seen one person in the whole store.
